Typical day

You stand at the riding arena and correct a student's gallop position, while a young horse is being lunged in the background. In between, you check the feeding plan and coordinate the tasks of the stable team

  • You train horses in various specialisations and create individual training plans
  • You assess each animal's abilities and specifically develop its strengths
  • You ride young horses and prepare them for sale
  • You care for your own and entrusted horses daily with feeding and grooming
  • You teach riders in individual or group lessons
  • You lead staff and coordinate operational processes in the stable

  • You maintain stable infrastructure and strictly adhere to animal welfare standards
