  • eidg. Fähigkeitszeugnis (EFZ) in the social or health sector and at least 5 years of professional practice in social/social-medical organisations
  • 3 years of leadership experience in the social or health sector at least at the team leader level
  • Proof of having led an entire department of an organisation in the social or health sector
  • Required module completions (Modules 1-10) or equivalence certificates
