You take responsibility for your clients' occupational pension planning. You guide investment strategies, review ESG criteria, and implement decisions. You handle administrative processes, entries and exits, and benefits upon retirement or disability independently. You also support supervisory boards and lead specialist teams. Your knowledge of legal requirements and cooperation rules makes you an indispensable link between the financial world and employees.
