  • For Public Employment Agency and Advisory Services: 4 years of professional experience after EFZ or Maturität, including at least 2 years in the field of unemployment insurance and insolvency compensation
  • For Private Employment Agency and Staffing: 4 years of professional experience after EFZ or Maturität, including at least 2 years in the HR field, including at least 1 year in private employment agency and staffing
