Career changers can enter the profession if you hold a recognized teaching diploma or a university of applied sciences degree. Some universities also offer admission procedures or aptitude assessments for career changers.

You stand in a circle with the children and lead a joint craft session. This trains fine motor skills and concentration. In between, you note observations about each child's individual development.
You work mainly in public kindergartens and primary schools as a class or subject teacher. Occasionally, you also teach at private schools or take on pedagogical tasks at universities of education.
