  • Secondary level II qualification (another EFZ, vocational, specialist, or gymnasiale Maturität, or Fachmittelschulausweis) and at least 3 years of professional experience (at 50%) in care and support in the social sector
  • Approved disposition of the specialist thesis (explaining topic, goals, approach, and structure) submitted at least 3 months before the application deadline
