Prerequisites

  • Offizier der Schweizer Armee with good qualifications from previous military service
  • No entries in the criminal and debt enforcement register
  • Passed Assessment Center for prospective professional officers (ACABO)
  • Knowledge of a second national language
  • Driving licence category B
  • Employment contract with the Swiss Army
  • For Bachelorlehrgang (BLG): gymnasiale Maturität, Berufsmaturität or Fachmaturität
  • For Diplomlehrgang (DLG): degree from a university or state-recognised degree from a Fachhochschule

You stand in front of a group of future cadres. You explain tactical leadership steps. Afterwards, you check operational plans. You also coordinate the next training unit.

  • You teach militia cadres military basics and tactical leadership.
