  • Completed basic modules Finance I and Marketing and Sales I
  • Module completion certificates or equivalency confirmations

You stand at the reception desk, check room availability, and point out special requests to the team. At the same time, you coordinate with the kitchen and external service providers to ensure guest comfort.

  • You welcome guests and professionally manage the check-in and check-out process.

  • You direct reception staff and continuously improve work processes.
