You set up gym equipment and check the safety of participants. During lessons, you give individual cues to build self-confidence and concentration.

  • You plan and design training sessions tailored exactly to participants' needs.
  • You brief helpers and assistants on their tasks and coordinate their deployment.
  • You set up the hall, provide the necessary equipment, and secure the apparatus.
  • You hold primary responsibility for the safety of everyone during lessons.

  • You review registration documents and inform the secretariat and club board about the planning.
  • You organize leisure activities, plan camp weeks, and arrange transport for those you supervise.

Working conditions
