Prerequisites

  • eidg. Fachausweis Betriebliche/r Mentor/in, a degree at tertiary level (BP, HFP, HF, FH, Uni), or equivalent qualification
  • At least 6 years of professional experience
  • Proof of 30 hours of supervision or coaching as a Supervisand/in or Coachee
  • Proof of at least 15 counselling processes (at least 80 hours)
  • Participation in at least 8 sessions (at least 20 hours) of an intervision group over at least 2 years
  • At least 1 year of guidance by a Lehrsupervisor/in (at least 10 sessions and at least 15 hours)
