- At least 6 years of professional experience
- Proof of 30 hours of supervision or coaching as a Supervisand/in or Coachee
- Proof of at least 15 counselling processes (at least 80 hours)
- Participation in at least 8 sessions (at least 20 hours) of an intervision group over at least 2 years
- At least 1 year of guidance by a Lehrsupervisor/in (at least 10 sessions and at least 15 hours)
