  • Abschluss auf Tertiärstufe (BP, HFP, HF, FH, Uni)
  • At least 6 years of professional experience
  • Proof of 30 hours of supervision or coaching as a supervisee or coachee
  • Proof of at least 3 counselling processes (at least 80 hours)
  • Participation in at least 8 sessions (at least 20 hours) of an intervision group for at least 2 years
  • Accompaniment by a teaching supervisor for at least 1 year (at least 10 sessions and at least 15 hours)
  • Required modules or equivalence certificates

You sit in a workshop with the management team and moderate the discussion on new work structures. At the same time, you analyse interviews with staff to understand their real daily needs.

  • You analyse existing processes and systematically identify areas for improvement in the company.
  • You hold conversations with staff and managers to understand their real needs.
  • You develop concrete goals and future scenarios for the department together with the management.
  • You create mission statements and communication concepts to clearly define the internal direction.
  • You moderate workshops and guide teams through the entire change process.
  • You evaluate the effectiveness of new structures and adjust measures if needed.

Working conditions

You work in companies, public institutions, or as an external consultant in client projects. Your workplace often shifts between meeting rooms, workshops, and your own office.
