What the work feels like
Typical day
You stand at the reception desk and welcome arriving guests with a smile. Afterwards, you check the laundry supply and prepare the breakfast buffet.
- You welcome guests and carefully record their bookings and feedback.
- You handle check-ins and check-outs. You communicate with visitors in multiple languages.
- You wash, iron and store the laundry of guests and the hotel's own linen.
- You clean and maintain rooms, furniture and plants to create a tidy environment.
