What the work feels like

Typical day

You stand on the construction site and grind the old subfloor smooth. Then you spread thick material evenly until the new floor is solid and level.

  • You measure the areas to be covered precisely and calculate the material requirements.
  • You transport heavy machines and store the required materials on site.
  • You grind and mill the subfloor to prepare it for coating.
  • You clean damaged spots and protect the floor against moisture and frost.
  • You mix resins, mortar, or concrete and spread the mixture evenly on the floor.
  • You polish finished industrial floors until they are smooth and resistant.
  • You help lay special coverings and ensure they are slip-resistant.
  • You strictly follow safety regulations and maintain your tools regularly.

Working conditions

You work on construction sites in industrial and commercial buildings as well as in sports halls. Your team always wears protective gear and coordinates work with other specialists on site.
