What the work feels like

Typical day

You stand by the pool edge and check water values while the team inspects the changing rooms. If the filter system breaks down, you quickly switch to technical mode and initiate the necessary measures.

  • You ensure a hazard-free pool environment and monitor the pool area.
  • You inform visitors about pool rules and enforce them consistently.
  • You carry out hygiene checks and arrange for water samples to be analyzed.
  • You maintain the heating and ventilation systems as well as the pool water technology.
  • You immediately lead rescue operations in emergencies and provide first aid.
  • You train staff and take over team leadership when needed.
  • You implement safety and environmental protection measures across the entire facility.

Working conditions
