Typical day

You stand at the spray booth, check the colour match, and apply a new even layer of paint to the prepared vehicle panel.

  • You clean and sand vehicle surfaces to prepare them for coating.
  • You apply protective film to areas that should remain untouched during the painting process.
  • You calculate the required amount of paint and mix the colour blend exactly.
  • You assist with applying primer and topcoat using a spray gun.
  • You assemble and disassemble parts and wheels to enable the painting process.
