Prerequisites

  • Completed at least 3-year vocational basic training as Fachmann/-frau Betreuung EFZ or equivalent and passed the provider's admission process
  • Completed at least 3-year vocational basic training in another profession, a gymnasialer Maturitäts- or Fachmaturitätsausweis or equivalent, and passed the provider's admission process
  • Proven practical experience in community animation of at least 400 hours (at least 800 hours for purely school-based prior education)

Typical day

You stand in the neighbourhood centre and moderate a round where residents share their ideas for a new neighbourhood festival. You discuss the next steps together and ensure that every voice is heard.
