  • graduation at tertiary level and at least 4 years of relevant professional experience in a rescue service, fire department or civil protection organization
  • eidg. Fähigkeitszeugnis (EFZ) or an equivalent qualification, employed full-time as Feuerwehrmann/-frau in a fire department organization and at least 4 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years of relevant experience in a rescue service, fire department or civil protection organization
  • at least 2 years of leadership experience
  • successful completion of a structured course accredited by the examination board or acquisition of the necessary competencies in another way
