A lateral entry is often possible via related apprenticeships like roofer or scaffolder. A professional exam or higher vocational school also significantly expands career options.

You stand on the roof and attach the first solar modules. At the same time, you check the cable routes for the inverters. In between, you exchange ideas with colleagues about the next installation phase.
You work mainly outdoors on roofs and building walls. Your employers are solar companies, electrical installation firms and energy suppliers.
